The Department of Rheumatology at Dhruv Health Care is unique in many ways. Dr. Patel is qualified rheumatologist works for adult and pediatric together to provide comprehensive, state of the art care to all arthritis and autoimmune diseases.

We undertake both routine and specialised laboratory investigations required to diagnose and treat all common and unusual rheumatological conditions. Our Orthopaedic team helps the patients with arthroscopies. Excellent ancillary support with full-fledged physiotherapy and occupational therapy departments make the care for arthritis patients complete.

The Department was started in the year 2006. Since then rapid strides has been made. A well-furnished outpatient department is available. One dedicated modern operation theatres are available equipped with all modern equipment, instruments and trained staff nurses.

The neurosurgery intensive care unit is well-equipped and is being managed by trained staff nurses. A state-of-the-art cath lab with biplane machine is available to manage all types of cerebrovascular disorders. Round the clock, personnel is available to manage both inpatients, outpatients as well as emergency surgeries.

Our Critical Care Unit is made up of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Dependency Unit (HDU); together comprising a total of 12 critical care beds.

The unit specializes in many aspects of critical care including respiratory disorders, major post-operative care, sepsis, renal support and major cardiac events.

Patients are admitted to these units if their condition requires closer monitoring or treatment that cannot be performed on a general ward. They may need more complex equipment and medicines to support their normal body functions such as breathing, heart function or kidney function. These may not be working properly due to serious illness or injury.

The Internal Medicine Department at Dhruv Healthcare provides comprehensive primary care services and medical treatments to adults. The department is well equipped to manage acute illness such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory infections and various joint pains, thereby providing healthcare facilities to patients suffering from broad range of ailments.

Our healthcare department comprises of certified physicians and skilled support staff who provide comprehensive care and for complex illnesses in adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
